She was very transparent with her concerns about various properties, generally advised us against home inspection waivers (despite other buyers using that as an edge), and did not once make us feel pressured. At one point, we were interested in a property she was the listing agent on. Despite all the work she had put into helping us, she strongly recommended (and offered help with) finding another realtor to ensure our interests were best represented. We would strongly recommend Nikki and would definitely work with her again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Nikki. She is super knowledgeable and energetic about the home buying process, and made it seamless. She had a great sense of what the offer should be, and even though I was prepared to offer more just to make it easy, she felt that we would get the house at the lower number, and she was right!
